Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Personalreferenten (gn) am Standort Balderschwang.

Die Stelle ist auf ein Jahr befristet. Eine unbefristete Festanstellung wird angestrebt.

radio horeb ist ein privater christlicher Radiosender katholischer Prägung mit Verwaltungssitz im Landkreis Oberallgäu. Mit rund 70 hauptamtlichen Mitarbeitern senden wir bundesweit über DAB+ aus unseren hochmodernen Hauptstudios in Balderschwang und München.

Für unsere Abteilung Verwaltung und Personal suchen wir Verstärkung. Wir suchen eine Person, die Folgendes kann und gerne macht:

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen die Mitarbeiter in den zugeordneten Bereichen – vom Recruiting bis zum Offboarding, inklusive aller zugehörigen administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Sie arbeiten mit unserem externen Steuerbüro zusammen und bereiten die Gehaltsabrechnung vor
  • Sie denken Personalprozesse strategisch mit und entwickeln diese weiter
  • Weitere Aufgaben in der Verwaltung übernehmen Sie gerne

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen mindestens über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal; sehr gute Kenntnisse des Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrechts sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind diskret, verbindlich und haben ein gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen mit der HR-Software Personio
