Die Radiologische Allianz umfasst derzeit 26 Standorte und Zentren in ambulanter und klinischer Versorgung mit Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau, u.a. PhotonenCounter-, DualSource- und PET-CTs, 3 Tesla MRT und adaptive Strahlentherapie. Die Standorte sind miteinander vernetzt und bieten im Alltag so den unkomplizierten Austausch zur Qualitätssicherung mit unseren Expert:innen.

Die Radiologische Allianz ist ärztlich & unabhängig geführt. Ärztliche Gesellschafterversammlung und Geschäftsführung sowie unser Medical Board sichern den Fokus auf eine medizinische Ausrichtung und Entwicklung für unsere Patient:innen und Mitarbeitenden. Die Radiologische Allianz ist Gründungspartnerin der Starvision Service GmbH und steht für eine nachhaltige Digitalisierung.

Zudem wachsen wir weiter - für 2026 sind weitere Standorte in Hamburg und Schleswig-Holstein geplant.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an mehreren Hamburger Standorten engagierte Fachärzt:innen oder Weiterbildungsassistent:innen für Radiologie (m/w/d) in fortgeschrittener Weiterbildung (3 Jahre erfüllt und mit klinischer Vorerfahrung) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 21h/Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns als Fachärzt:in für Radiologie (m/w/d):

  • Befunderstellung radiologischer Untersuchungen
  • Aktive Betreuung der Untersuchungsprozesse
  • Systematischer Aufbau von Routine in der Schnittbilddiagnostik
  • Möglichkeit zur fachlichen Schwerpunktsetzung, z B. in der kardialen Bildgebung, Prostata- oder klinischen Radiologie
  • Schrittweise Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten – je nach Wunsch auch Entwicklung in eine Oberarzt- oder Leitungsposition
  • Teilnahme an der teleradiologischen Versorgung
  • Optionale Teilnahme an Samstagssprechstunden mit attraktiver Zusatzvergütung

  • Strukturierte Weiterbildung an unseren Klinik- und Praxisstandorten
  • Rotationsmöglichkeiten in die Mammadiagnostik und Angiographie
  • Persönlicher Ansprechpartner: Weiterbildungsbeauftragter Facharzt Herr Dr. Dennis Winkler
  • Vielfältige Einblicke in alle radiologischen Fachbereiche

Ihr Profil:

  • Fortgeschrittene Weiterbildung im Fach Radiologie (idealerweise ab dem 4. Weiterbildungsjahr)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Perspektive mit der Option zur Weiterentwicklung zum Oberarzt (m/w/d) oder in weitere Leitungsfunktionen
  • Teilnahme an Früh- und Spätdiensten wird erwartet
