Jak wygląda proces zameldowania? Wpisujesz dane gości, zbierasz podpisy, kodujesz kartę do pokoju i gotowe! Niezależnie od tego, czy pracujesz w recepcji, czy przy naszych kioskach do zameldowania, jesteś do dyspozycji naszych gości i pomagasz im we wszystkich sprawach, także po angielsku. Przy okazji podajesz im w naszym barze drinka powitalnego i żegnasz się z nimi, dając wskazówki dotyczące zwiedzania miasta.

Praca na nocnych zmianach i odbieranie telefonów od gości nie należą zresztą do Twoich obowiązków – chcemy, abyś był wypoczęty i pełen energii, abyś mógł skupić się na naprawdę ważnych sprawach, a mianowicie na osobistym kontakcie z naszymi drogimi gośćmi na miejscu.
