Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, eines 4-Sterne-Hotels in Sankt Leonhard im Pitztal, Tirol, suchen wir für die kommende Wintersaison einen motivierten Rezeptionisten (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams.

Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang der Hotelgäste sowie persönliche Betreuung
  • Organisation eines reibungslosen Aufenthalts für die Gäste
  • Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Telefonate und E-Mails
  • Unterstützung bei Reservierungen sowie Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption ist von Vorteil. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach ist wünschenswert, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit Interesse an der Hotellerie sind willkommen.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen sowie Verständnis für deren individuelle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse
  • Freundliches, zuverlässiges und professionelles Auftreten
  • Ruhe, Belastbarkeit und ein guter Überblick auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit in der Hotellerie
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen
  • Gepflegtes und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
