Como Estagiário de Documentação você vai:

  • Apoiar o controle, organização e atualização dos documentos dos projetos;
  • Realizar cadastro, distribuição e acompanhamento de documentos;
  • Apoiar o controle de revisões e status dos documentos;
  • Organizar arquivos e manter os registros dos projetos atualizados;
  • Apoiar as equipes de engenharia no fluxo e controle da documentação;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e controles relacionados à documentação.

Para essa vaga, você deve ter:

  • Estar cursando Arquivologia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar no horário da vaga.

É um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência ou contato com sistemas de controle de documentação, como E-CLIC e Aconex;
  • Experiência anterior com rotinas administrativas ou controle de documentos.
