Description du poste

En tant que HR Business Partner, vous occupez une fonction variée et à responsabilités au sein de notre équipe RH. Vous accompagnez et conseillez les responsables hiérarchiques ainsi que les collaborateurs sur l'ensemble des questions liées aux ressources humaines et assurez un suivi global des secteurs qui vous sont attribués, tout au long du cycle de vie des collaborateurs au sein de l'entreprise.

  • Assurer le suivi et le conseil RH auprès des différents départements qui vous sont attribués, sur l'ensemble des questions relatives aux ressources humaines.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des responsables hiérarchiques et des collaborateurs tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Piloter les processus de recrutement et accompagner les différentes étapes du parcours des collaborateurs, de leur intégration à leur départ, en passant par leur développement professionnel.
  • Garantir une gestion administrative du personnel rigoureuse, professionnelle et dans le respect des délais.
  • Apporter un soutien à la Responsable des Ressources Humaines.
  • Participer activement aux projets RH et aux initiatives internes.
  • Soutenir la personne responsable de la formation professionnelle initiale dans toutes les questions RH liées aux apprentis.

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne communicative, dotée d'un excellent sens du service et de solides compétences relationnelles. Vous travaillez de manière autonome, structurée et orientée vers les solutions, tout en faisant preuve de discrétion et d'un grand sens des responsabilités.

Exigences relatives au poste

  • Formation commerciale achevée, complétée par un brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines, idéalement dans une fonction similaire.
  • Solides connaissances en gestion du personnel, en recrutement et en administration RH.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques courants de Microsoft Office.

Connaissances des langues

  • Langue maternelle française et excellente maîtrise de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.
