岗位职责: 1、 为培养财务管理人员为目的，实行财务轮岗：包括应收应付、总帐、成本等岗位，扎实掌握端到端的财务运作流程； 2、 配合业务的需求，提供数据支持服务，优化业务流程，提升效率和效益； 3、负责上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求: 1、2027届全日制硕士及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计学、税务学等相关专业优先，专业基础扎实； 2、成绩优良，具备较强的逻辑思维与学习能力； 3、英语CET-6及以上(或同等雅思托福等英语水平)，能熟练阅读英文财务资料，具备英文沟通能力； 4、熟练使用Offce办公软件(重点掌握Excel函数、数据透视表)，具备编程、数据分析工具（如 SQL、Python、Power BI）等相关能力者优先； 5、具备良好的职业素养，严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力、沟通协调能力与团队协作意识。
