1、全程参与新产品设计开发流程中各个阶段的评审、验证、确认活动； 2、监控新产品的可靠性试验的完成情况； 3、监控样品测试、小批的试制情况； 4、对新产品设计开发过程中出现的质量异常进行记录、跟踪、报告； 5、负责编制Qualification Plan, Qualification Report；

1、全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上芯片研发品质经验，芯片研发背景可放宽要求; 2、熟悉IPD流程，掌握‌DFx设计原则‌，熟悉可靠性验证方法； 3、熟悉熟悉‌APQP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、PPAP‌等IATF16949五大质量工具 ； 4、思维逻辑清晰；良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力; 5、良好的自驱力，责任心强，乐于主动并快速接受新知识。
