Als zweitgrösste Bankengruppe der Schweiz und mit ihren 208 genossenschaftlich organisierten Raiffeisenbanken ist Raiffeisen führend im Retail-Geschäft. Die Raiffeisenbank Münchwilen-Tobel ist eine erfolgreiche und lokal ausgerichtete Raiffeisenbank mit 27 Mitarbeitenden und rund 4'700 Genossenschafterinnen und Genossenschaftern.

Um die Erfolgsgeschichte unserer Bank auch in den kommenden Jahren erfolgreich weiterzuführen, suchen wir im Rahmen der ordentlichen Nachfolgeregelung für unser Verwaltungsratsgremium eine initiative, unabhängige und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, welche durch ihr Engagement und ihre Fachkompetenz überzeugt.

Der Vorschlag zur Wahl wird für die Generalversammlung im Frühjahr 2027 erfolgen.

Was erwartet Sie? ##

Sie wirken bei der Vorbereitung und Entscheidungsfindung sämtlicher Geschäfte des Verwaltungsrates mit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Festlegung der Organisation sowie der strategischen Ausrichtung der Bank im Rahmen der Raiffeisen-Gruppenstrategie
  • Finanzielle Führung und Risikomanagement
  • Überwachung der Geschäftstätigkeit unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Beurteilung von Markt-, Liquiditäts- und operationellen Risiken sowie Festlegung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Verantwortung für die Themen Personal, Recht und/oder Compliance innerhalb des Verwaltungsrates

Was bringen Sie mit? ##

  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Unternehmensführung und bringen insbesondere vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Personal und/oder Recht und/oder im Bereich Compliance mit.
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch und verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte ganzheitlich zu analysieren, fundiert zu beurteilen und auf dieser Basis Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Sie sind vorzugsweise im Geschäftskreis der Raiffeisenbank Münchwilen-Tobel wohnhaft.
  • Sie bringen die zeitliche Verfügbarkeit von rund 15 Abendeinsätzen und etwa drei Tageseinsätzen pro Jahr sowie die entsprechende Vor- und Nachbearbeitungszeit mit. Sie sind zudem bereit, bei Bedarf weitere sporadisch stattfindende Sitzungen flexibel wahrzunehmen.
