Was erwartet dich? ##

  • Erkennen und Ausschöpfen des Kundenpotenzials durch aktive und kontinuierliche Betreuung des persönlichen Kundenportefeuilles
  • Gewährleistung einer kompetenten und ganzheitlichen Beratung über alle Lebensphasen
  • Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstamms durch gezielte Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Erarbeitung von passenden Lösungen in den Bereichen Basisprodukte, digitale Angebote, Wohnen, Finanzieren, Vorsorgen und Anlegen unter Einbezug der individuellen Wünsche, Ziele und Lebenssituationen der Kunden
  • Mitarbeit bei zielgruppenspezifischen Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen, insbesondere Kampagnen und Wahrnehmung repräsentative Aufgaben

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung inkl. Weiterbildung im Bank- oder Finanzwesen (SAQ-Zertifizierung Individualkundenberatung von Vorteil)
  • Selbständige, engagierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an intensivem Kundenkontakt
  • Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Beratungs-, Verhandlungs- und Verkaufsgeschick
  • Motivierte, teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Verkäuferisches Flair und sympathisches, überzeugendes, sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten
