Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

Véritable expert(e) des placements et de la prévoyance, vous participez, aux côtés de la Direction, à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de la Banque dans ce domaine, tout en assurant le pilotage et le développement de l'activité de conseil en investissement.

Membre de l'encadrement, vous incarnez la culture de conduite promue au sein de notre établissement, assurez le développement continu de votre domaine d'expertise et optimisez les processus de votre secteur. Vous dirigez le département Placement, composé de cinq collaborateurs, tant sur le plan technique qu'humain, et accompagnez votre équipe dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs en veillant à offrir à notre clientèle une expérience de conseil d'excellence.

Parallèlement à vos responsabilités managériales, vous gérez et développez un portefeuille de clients privés en leur apportant un accompagnement personnalisé et à forte valeur ajoutée. Vous les conseillez dans l'ensemble des dimensions de leur situation patrimoniale, notamment en matière de placements, de planification financière globale, de prévoyance, de fiscalité, de transmission du patrimoine et de préparation à la retraite.

Grâce à votre connaissance du marché régional et à votre réseau, vous contribuez activement à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi qu'au développement de l'activité de gestion de fortune de la Banque. Ambassadeur(rice) Raiffeisen, vous participez activement au rayonnement de notre expertise en conseil patrimonial et en gestion de fortune. Vous représentez notre Banque lors d'événements locaux et régionaux et, avec votre équipe, mettez en place des actions et manifestations visant à renforcer notre visibilité et à valoriser nos compétences auprès de notre clientèle et de nos partenaires.

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

  • Formation bancaire ou économique supérieure, idéalement complétée par une certification SAQ CWMA.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le conseil en placement, la gestion de fortune et/ou la prévoyance au sein d'un établissement bancaire suisse.
  • Expérience réussie dans la conduite, le développement et l'accompagnement d'une équipe.
  • Excellente maîtrise des thématiques liées aux placements, à la gestion patrimoniale, à la prévoyance et à la planification financière globale.
  • Solide réseau dans la région de Nyon et de La Côte, associé à une réelle capacité de développement commercial et d'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Forte orientation client, excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, vision stratégique et sens aigu des affaires.
  • Personnalité dynamique, autonome et proactive, capable de fédérer les équipes autour d'objectifs ambitieux.
