Das Team Kreditservices entwickelt, testet und betreibt Services und Applikationen entlang des gesamten Kreditprozesses. Als Teil der Abteilung Solution Delivery Wohnen & Finanzieren im Bereich Development Client Solutions arbeiten wir an geschäftskritischen Anwendungen und modernen serviceorientierten Architekturen für Raiffeisen Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an den Standorten St. Gallen und/oder Zürich Circle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Software Engineer (w/m/d).

Was erwartet Sie? ##

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Kreditlösungen und der dazugehörigen Microservices auf Basis von Java & Spring Boot.
  • Analyse und Umsetzung fachlicher sowie technischer Anforderungen mit Fokus auf robuste, skalierbare und wartbare Softwarelösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business Analysten, Entwicklern und Architekten.
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch Code Reviews, automatisierten Tests und den Austausch von Best Practices innerhalb des Teams.
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung für weitere Services auf Basis von Kotlin, Spring Boot und Kafka Streams sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Was bringen Sie mit? ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Backend-Applikationen mit Java und Spring Boot.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Microservice-Architekturen, REST-APIs sowie idealerweise eventbasierten Architekturen (z. B. Kafka).
  • Erfahrung mit automatisierten Tests, Code Reviews und der Entwicklung qualitativ hochwertiger, wartbarer Software.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines, OpenShift und Container-Technologien zur effizienten Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Anwendungen.
  • Teamorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Freude am Wissensaustausch und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.
