Im Zuge einer mittelfristigen, pensionsbedingten Nachfolge suchen wir eine:n unternehmerisch denkende:n Bank-Allrounder:in, der/die Verantwortung in der Geschäftsleitung für die Marktfolge übernimmt. 1 Geschäftsleiter_in Marktfolge DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Marktfolge sowie aktive Gestaltung der strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung der Bank gemeinsam mit dem Markt-Geschäftsleiter

* Steuerung des Kreditrisikomanagements einschließlich Kreditprüfung, Risikobeurteilung, laufender Überwachung, sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten, qualitativ hochwertigen und regulatorisch konformen Kreditorganisation

* Verantwortung für die Beriche Gesamtbanksteuerung, Regulatorik und Compliance, sowie die Ausgestaltung effizienter Abläufe und Prozesse

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen

* Betreuung eines ausgewählten Kundenportfolios mit Schwerpunkt Veranlagung sowie fachliche Beratung im regulatorisch zulässigen Rahmen unter konsequenter Wahrung der Funktionstrennung zwischen Markt und Marktfolge

* Repräsentation der Bank gegenüber Kund:innen, Eigentümer:innen und regionalen Stakeholdern

* Fundierte und breite Bankfachausbildung, mehrjährige Bankberufserfahrung, exzellente Kenntnisse im Finanzierungsgeschäft und Erfahrung in der Bankkundenberatung

* Führungserfahrung und moderne Leadership-Ansätze

* Gestaltungsfreude, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke

* Souveränes und eloquentes Auftreten, sowie Bezug zur Region

* Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung der Bank-Management-Ausbildung zum/r Geschäftsleiter:in gemäß den aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben (Fit & Proper)

Für diese Position garantieren wir ein attraktives sowie marktadäquates Vergütungspaket, welches sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert. Das Mindestjahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 105.000 brutto (inkl. Sonderzahlungen).
