Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Success Management wirst du zur Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, unserem Produkt und den internen Teams. Du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir Kundenerfahrung bei Rail-Flow verstehen und verbessern.

  • Kundendaten & Zufriedenheitsanalyse: Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Kundendatenbank, sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität und machst über den Kundenzufriedenheitsindex sichtbar, wie zufrieden unsere Kunden wirklich sind – eine Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen im ganzen Unternehmen.
  • Kundenkontakt & Produktfeedback: Je nach Bedarf begleitest du neue Kunden, erklärst zentrale Abläufe und koordinierst Folgetermine. Deine Perspektive bringst du in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform ein und gestaltest UI/UX anhand aktueller und kommender Kundenbedürfnisse mit.
  • Prozesse & Wissensmanagement: Du modernisierst und dokumentierst Prozesse und Vorgaben für das CSM sowie unsere Support Service Desks und machst unser Confluence-Wiki zur verlässlichen Wissensquelle für das gesamte Team.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Du entwickelst aussagekräftige KPI-Dashboards, wertest Umfragen aus und analysierst interne wie externe Leistungskennzahlen – und lieferst damit die Zahlen, auf die Entscheidungen aufbauen.
  • Workshops & Kundentermine: Du bereitest Workshops und Meetings inhaltlich und organisatorisch vor – von den Unterlagen über die Teilnehmerlisten bis zur Durchführung vor Ort.

Dein Profil

  • Studium: Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Studium in Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten, sind von Vorteil.
  • Interesse: Du arbeitest gerne mit und für Kunden, interessierst dich für UX/UI und möchtest dich in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld weiterentwickeln.
  • Organisationstalent: Du priorisierst mehrere Aufgaben parallel, arbeitest effizient und behältst dabei den Überblick.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • IT-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sowie eine allgemeine Affinität für digitale Tools.
  • KI-Affinität: Ein praxisnaher Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude oder GPT gehört für dich zum Arbeitsalltag oder du bist neugierig darauf, ihn zu entwickeln.
