Rairdon Auto Group is hiring immediately for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our group of stores. Our progressive and busy parts department offers a unique opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities

* Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.

* Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.

* Utilize electronic parts catalog and websites to source parts, accessories and information.

* Provide accurate pricing and availability for retail, wholesale and internal customers.

* Generate parts invoices and collect payment.

* Place order for parts, accessories, tires and supplies from manufacture and various suppliers.

* Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.

* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.

Job Type: Full Time

Wages: $34,000 to $45,000 / yr DOE

Pay: Base + Commission
