An unserem Standort in Dortmund haben wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit eine Stelle als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Supply Chain Management (SCM) zu besetzen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Lieferantenabfragen zu definierten Themen und Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und fristgerechten Rückmeldung
  • Überwachung des Bearbeitungsstatus laufender Anfragen
  • Eigenständige Nachverfolgung und Erinnerung bei ausstehenden Lieferantenantworten
  • Erfassung, Pflege und Archivierung der erhaltenen Antworten von Lieferanten in unserem ERP-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports, Kennzahlen und Analysen
  • Datenpflege im ERP-System und Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
