RaJoVita, die Stiftung für Gesundheit und Alter in Rapperswil\-Jona, sucht eine engagierte und einfühlsame Persönlichkeit als Pflegehelfer/in SRK (50\-70%) in der Spitex. Werde Teil unseres Teams und leiste einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Unterstützung und Pflege unserer Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem gewohnten Umfeld. Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung der Klientinnen und Klienten bei der Grundpflege und im Alltag Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der betreuten Personen Durchführung von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten (Wäsche, Mahlzeiten wärmen, einkaufen etc.) Beobachtung und Dokumentation des Gesundheitszustandes Durchführung von grundpflegerischen Tätigkeiten (Körperpflege, Duschen, An\- und Auskleiden) Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in SRK Erfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise im Spitex\-Bereich, 1\-2 Wochenenden sowie Spätdienst zu arbeiten Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 Niveau) Führerausweis der Kategorie B von Vorteil Wir bieten Eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem motivierten und kollegialen Team Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung Attraktive Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Faire Anstellungsbedingungen nach kantonalen Richtlinien Flexible Arbeitszeiten und eine gute Work\-Life\-Balance Gute Sozialleistungen und mind. 5 Wochen Ferien Bist Du interessiert?
