ポジション概要

Associate Director / Director, Global Safety Operationsとして、承認前の臨床開発プログラムおよび市販後製品におけるファーマコビジランス（PV）および安全性業務全般をリードしていただきます。

本ポジションは、日本およびグローバルにおける安全性活動を支援し、各国の規制要件、社内手順および査察対応要件への適切な準拠を確保する重要な役割を担います。安全性情報管理、安全性報告、市販後調査（PMS）、ベンダーマネジメントなどの安全性業務を統括するとともに、臨床開発、薬事、メディカルアフェアーズをはじめとする関連部門と密接に連携しながら、製品ライフサイクル全体を通じた安全性戦略を推進していただきます。

また、国内外の安全性施策を支援しながら、グローバルな安全性プロセスおよび手順の策定・標準化・継続的改善を推進し、組織全体のファーマコビジランス機能の強化をリードしていただきます。

業務内容

雇入れ直後：以下の業務

  • 製品ライフサイクル全体にわたる安全性関連業務、成果物および文書の統括
  • ファーマコビジランスのシステムおよびプロセスの維持・継続的改善、ならびに必要に応じた製造販売業者（MAH）の責務支援
  • 日本のGVP／GPSP要件、その他の適用法規・ガイドラインに基づく業務の実行および維持
  • RMP、PMS計画書・報告書、集積安全性報告書、定期報告書、SOP、安全性報告計画等の作成・レビュー・維持の主導または支援
  • グローバル臨床開発プログラムに関する安全性活動、安全性報告遵守および部門横断的な試験支援
  • 市販後ファーマコビジランス上の義務および規制当局へのコミットメントの監督
  • 安全性業務を委託するベンダーおよびCROの品質、コンプライアンス、パフォーマンス、適時性の管理
  • 監査、査察、CAPA、逸脱管理および品質改善活動を通じた査察対応体制の維持・強化
  • 薬事、臨床開発、データマネジメント、品質保証、メディカルアフェアーズ等との連携
  • グローバルな安全性プロセス、手順、システムおよび研修プログラムの策定・整合化・改善
  • グローバルおよび国内チームへのリーダーシップ、指導およびメンタリング

業務の変更範囲：会社の定める業務

応募資格

必須要件

  • ライフサイエンス関連分野の学士号以上
  • 製薬、バイオテクノロジーまたは医療機器業界におけるファーマコビジランス、医薬品安全性、臨床安全性または安全性業務の経験7年以上
  • 臨床開発および市販後ファーマコビジランスの双方を支援した経験
  • PMDA、ICH、FDA、EMA等のファーマコビジランス関連法規・ガイドライン・実務に関する高度な知識
  • SOP、RMP、PMS文書、集積報告書等の作成・維持経験
  • ベンダーマネジメント、品質監督および査察対応の経験
  • ICSR処理、安全性報告、安全性データベースおよびファーマコビジランス業務の経験
  • グローバル、部門横断、多文化環境でのリーダーシップおよびプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）

歓迎要件

  • 医療従事者資格（薬剤師、医師、看護師等）
  • 安全性管理責任者または同等のリーダー職の経験
  • 医療機器の安全性報告またはコンビネーション製品の安全性に関する知識・経験

勤務条件・待遇

勤務時間：フレックスタイム制（標準労働時間1日8時間） ※フレキシブルタイム：所定労働日の5時00分~22時00分まで コアタイム：毎週金曜日の9時00分~10時00分 ※標準的な勤務時間帯：9時00分~18時00分(休憩時間1時間)は目安とする。 ※フレックスタイム制の適用により、始業・終業時刻は従業員の裁量に委ねられる。

時間外労働：あり

休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、夏季休暇、年末年始、年次有給休暇、その他会社が定める休日 (年間休日123日)

想定年収：11,500,000円～16,000,000円（役職・経験・能力等を考慮し決定）

賃金内訳：基本給、各種手当等。年俸額には月30時間相当（360時間/年）の時間外割増賃金分を含む。

賞与・ストックオプション：会社業績および個人評価に基づき、賞与またはストックオプションを付与。詳細は社内承認および取締役会決議等により決定される。

昇給：会社規程および評価に基づく

社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険

通勤交通費：会社規程に基づき支給
