Buscamos incorporar un/a Category Manager para nuestro equipo de Compras y con dependencia del Head of Distribution & Wholesale. La persona seleccionada será responsable de definir y ejecutar las estrategias de categoría de una cartera diversa (herramientas y consumibles de taller, flota, hardware y software de IT, suministros y servicios profesionales), generando ahorros medibles e impulsando una función de compras más digital y basada en datos.

💼 ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Asumir la responsabilidad de las categorías de gasto asignadas, desarrollando y ejecutando su estrategia.
  • Analizar el gasto e identificar oportunidades de reducción de costes, eficiencia y mejora del valor.
  • Liderar procesos de aprovisionamiento de principio a fin: recopilación de datos, relación con proveedores, licitaciones, negociación y adjudicación de contratos.
  • Conseguir ahorros medibles y mejoras en el coste total de propiedad (TCO), garantizando los objetivos de calidad, servicio y sostenibilidad.
  • Gestionar la relación con los proveedores y su desempeño, impulsando la mejora continua y la innovación.
  • Trabajar con interlocutores de toda la organización (IT, Finanzas, Operaciones, RR.HH., delegaciones y regionales) para traducir sus necesidades en soluciones de compra eficaces.
  • Contribuir a la mejora de los procesos y la gobernanza de compras, implantando buenas prácticas.
  • Apoyar el despliegue del nuevo software P2P (Procure-to-Pay) y de las herramientas digitales de compras.
  • Impulsar el uso de analítica y dashboards para mejorar la visibilidad, el seguimiento del desempeño y la toma de decisiones.

  • Grado en Administración de Empresas, Supply Chain Management, Compras, Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas o similar. Se valorará máster o posgrado en Compras, Supply Chain o Dirección de Empresas.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en compras, aprovisionamiento o gestión de categorías, idealmente gestionando una cartera diversa de categorías de gasto.
  • Valoraremos experiencia en entornos industriales, de fabricación, automoción o con múltiples centros.
  • Gestión de procesos de aprovisionamiento completos, desde la estrategia hasta la adjudicación del contrato.
  • Sólidas habilidades de negociación, visión comercial y capacidad para influir y colaborar con interlocutores muy diversos.
  • Mentalidad analítica para convertir los datos en conclusiones y acciones.
  • Proactivo/a, colaborativo/a y orientado/a a resultados.
  • Nivel de inglés alto, oral y escrito.
