Job Description

Tektronix Component Solutions is seeking a Program Security & Trusted Operations Manager to lead our industrial security, trusted operations, government property, and controlled-information compliance programs. This role serves as the designated Facility Security Officer and works across Contracts, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Trade Compliance, and IT/Cyber Security to translate government and customer requirements into practical, auditable operating controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the designated Facility Security Officer and manage the organization’s Facility Security Clearance program.
  • Maintain DMEA Trusted Access Program Office registration and coordinate compliance assessments, renewals, evidence, and corrective actions.
  • Lead government property management for Government Furnished Property, Government Furnished Equipment, and Contractor Acquired Property.
  • Administer processes governing Controlled Unclassified Information and Covered Defense Information, including identification, marking, tagging, access, storage, transmission, retention, and disposal.
  • Own the System Security Plan and Site Security Policy.
  • Chair the Technology Control Board and coordinate Technology Control Plans and controlled-access requirements.
  • Support DCSA reviews, customer audits, government assessments, security investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Legal, Trade Compliance, Contracts, and IT/Cyber Security to implement security, export-control, cyber, and contractual requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in industrial security, government compliance, government property, contracts, or a comparable controlled program.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a personal security clearance.
  • Ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the designated FSO in a cleared operating environment.
  • Working knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, Facility Security Clearances, personnel security, and DD Form 254 implementation.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements and government contracting environments.
  • Experience with CUI/CDI, NIST SP 800-171, System Security Plans, POA&Ms, security audits, or related compliance frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience serving as an FSO or Assistant FSO.
  • Government property management or DMEA Trusted experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor, defense, aerospace, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality-management systems.
