About Us: Rambo’s Property Preservation is a commercial property preservation company known for providing exceptional outdoor maintenance and junk removal to businesses.

As we continue to expand, we are looking to partner with motivated and results-driven Business Development Agents to help us secure new business clients in the Miami area.

Position Overview: We are seeking commission-based Business Development Agents to assist with acquiring new commercial contracts. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for self-starters who have a passion for sales and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

Agents will work independently to identify and cultivate relationships with potential business clients, with a focus on securing long-term contracts for landscaping and/or junk removal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential commercial clients within a designated territory or market segment.
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at businesses, property managers, and facilities teams.
  • Present the company's services and solutions effectively, addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery once contracts are secured.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: Earn a competitive commission per contract signed.
  • Potential for high earnings based on performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Previous experience in the landscaping, property management, or facilities management industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
