Job Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have experience in building and construction, including civil engineering projects.
  • Must have successfully completed the full project life cycle for at least two projects.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 7–10 years of working experience in Singapore as a Project Manager, handling large-scale building and civil engineering projects, including institutional buildings and community centre projects, with a main contractor.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, subcontractors, and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve project management, specification, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and assist subcontractors in ensuring the timely progress of work.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Oversee project resource allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports outlining project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project objectives.
