Se você é proativo, obstinado por alcance de resultados, tem habilidades de comunicação e persuasão, essa é uma oportunidade incrível para se juntar a uma equipe jurídica de alto nível!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e revisar contratos, memorandos, pareceres e documentos jurídicos diversos;Representar a empresa ou clientes em processos administrativos e judiciais, incluindo tribunais superiores;Coordenar auditorias e diligências jurídicas;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e da legislação aplicável;Participar de reuniões estratégicas com a alta gestão ou com clientes para análise de riscos e tomada de decisões;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito;Inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB);Experiência Profissional mínima de 3 anos na advocacia, com atuação comprovada na área de recuperação de crédito;Domínio de ferramentas de gestão jurídica, como softwares jurídicos e tecnologia aplicada ao Direito;Forte habilidade analítica e de tomada de decisão;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil estratégico e proativo;Residir no Interior de São Paulo.Informações adicionais Modelo de Atuação Atuação como advogado(a) associado(a), com autonomia técnica e profissional; Organização da própria agenda, com flexibilidade de local de atuação; Atuação colaborativa em carteira de processos e estratégias jurídicas do escritório.
