Auf OMR Reviews bringen Erfahrungsberichte echter Nutzer*innen Transparenz in den SaaS-Markt. So geben wir Entscheider*innen Orientierung und Sicherheit beim Kauf von Software-Produkten und helfen gleichzeitig Softwareunternehmen dabei Reichweite, Reputation und neue Kundenpotenziale aufzubauen.

Unser Customer Success Team ist das Bindeglied zwischen den SaaS-Unternehmen und OMR Reviews. Unsere Mission ist es, proaktiv auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen einzugehen und sie so nicht nur zufrieden, sondern erfolgreicher zu machen. Wir sorgen dafür, dass SaaS-Unternehmen den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus OMR Reviews ziehen.

Wo du wirklich was bewegst

  • Du berätst unsere B2B-Kund*innen proaktiv und hilfst ihnen bei der Nutzung unserer Plattform OMR Reviews und den dazugehörigen Services
  • Du baust starke und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du hilfst bei der Planung der Prozesse und dem Aufsetzen von Tools rund um die Kundenkommunikation
  • Du erkennst Up- und Cross-Selling Potenziale und präsentierst diese den Kund*innen
  • Du fokussierst dich auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Retention
  • Du vertrittst die Interessen der Kundenunternehmen gegenüber internen Stakeholder*innen
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit dem Sales-, Marketing- und Produkt-Team ab, um die Kundenerfahrung stetig zu verbessern
  • Kundenkommunikation und Reportings sind dein Daily Business

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung in einem kundennahen Umfeld wie Customer Success, Account Management oder Vergleichbares
  • Du stellst die Zufriedenheit deiner Kund*innen in das Zentrum deines Denkens und Handelns
  • Du bringst hohes Servicebewusstsein und starke Kommunikations-Skills mit
  • Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und weißt Aufgaben richtig zu priorisieren
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse und Verständnis für SaaS Software sind von Vorteil
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
