Das Crew Resource Management Team ist auf die erfolgreiche Durchführung des OMR Festivals spezialisiert und gewährleistet einen reibungslosen Ablauf durch hohe Expertise in der Dispositionsplanung, Arbeitsbereichsplanung und Personalkoordination. Mit dem Entwickeln und Implementieren innovativer Konzepte, bildet das Crew Resource Management Team die Brücke zwischen der Festival Crew und dem OMR Festival & Events Team.

Für die nächsten Festivals wollen wir noch besser aufgestellt sein und suchen ab Anfang Januar oder Februar 2027 bis ca. Ende Juni Unterstützung.

Wo du wirklich was bewegst

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen oder mehrere Arbeitsbereiche der OMR Crew
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Dispositionsplanung der Festival Crew
  • Du konzeptionierst und verfasst Briefings und Webtexte
  • Du unterstützt in der täglichen Planung des Crew Managements, sowie bei der Planung und Durchführung von Personalschulungen
  • Du führst eigenständig Mitarbeiter*innen während des Events
  • Du hilfst bei der Rekrutierung der Crew des OMR Festivals 2027

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du stehst für ein ca. 5-6-monatiges Praktikum zur Verfügung
  • Du hast eine positive Einstellung, eine kommunikative Art und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist flexibel und hast Lust das Festival mitzugestalten
  • Du hast Freude am täglichen Umgang mit Menschen, sowie ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten

Nice-to-have: Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Eventmanagement und/oder im Personalmanagement.
