Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Architekt\in für die Mitarbeit an einem Projekt für eine Überbauung mit ca. 500 Wohnungen in Zürich-Altstetten ab der Phase Ausschreibung. Das Projekt beinhaltet ein Weiterbauen am Bestand mittels Umbauten, Anbauten und Aufstockungen.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung und der Kommunikation mit Behörden, Fachplanern und Unternehmern mit oder sind motiviert, sich im Bereich der Ausführungsplanung weiterentwickeln. Sie sind teamfähig, in der Lage, ihren Aufgabenbereich selbständig zu bearbeiten und verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Das Projekt wird als Arbeitsgemeinschaft von Studio Sintzel, SERA - Studio Esch Rickenbacher und Ramser Schmid geplant, bearbeitet wird das Projekt in den Räumlichkeiten von Studio Sintzel, Zürich.
