The posting

Randers Kloster søger afløsere, som vil arbejde med omsorgs- og plejefaget. Vi kan både bruge uddannet personale, som vil have en bibeskæftigelse, som seniorjob, men også ufaglærte.

Vi har gennem tiden haft mange ufaglærte afløsere, som har videreuddannet sig til social- og sundhedshjælper/-assistent, fysioterapeut, sygeplejerske, læge mv. Går du med tanker, om at tage uddannelse indenfor arbejdet med mennesker, kan et afløserjob hos os, være et godt afsæt til din fremtidige beskæftigelse.

Vi søger afløsere, som er fleksible, ansvarlige, selvstændige, stabile og med et godt humør.

Vi tilbyder grundig oplæring i introforløb, et godt kollegaskab og gode traditioner på Randers Kloster.

Randers Kloster er en selvejende institution med driftsoverenskomst med Randers Kommune. Vi har i alt 110 lejligheder: seniorboliger, ældreboliger med kald, plejeboliger og demensboliger.

Vi har i fællesskab formuleret vores kerneopgave således:
