Procuramos uma pessoa com olhar para o todo e raciocínio estratégico, que demonstre proatividade, protagonismo e agilidade nas soluções.Vamos construir o futuro juntos? #VocêNaRandoncorp Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar os ambientes de infraestrutura em Microsoft Azure e Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, incluindo recursos de computação, armazenamento, rede, backup, bancos de dados em cloud e serviços de infraestrutura associados.Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade, capacidade, desempenho e continuidade dos recursos Cloud sob sua responsabilidade.Executar e coordenar incidentes, requisições, problemas e mudanças relacionados à camada de infraestrutura Cloud.Planejar e executar o ciclo de vida dos recursos, contemplando provisionamento, configuração, expansão, atualização, desativação e descarte seguro.Atuar tecnicamente em projetos de implantação, migração, modernização e transição de ambientes ou fornecedores Cloud.Orientar equipes de operação e parceiros, mantendo conhecimento técnico interno e garantindo qualidade nas entregas.Contribuir para planos de contingência, disaster recovery, políticas de backup e testes periódicos de restauração.Identificar riscos técnicos, pontos únicos de falha, restrições de capacidade e oportunidades de melhoria na infraestrutura.Manter documentação técnica, inventário, diagramas, procedimentos operacionais, runbooks e registros de configuração atualizadosAtribuiçõesProvisionar e configurar máquinas virtuais, discos, storage accounts, volumes, imagens, redes, sub-redes, interfaces, endpoints privados, balanceadores e demais componentes de infraestrutura em Azure e OCI.Administrar serviços de backup nativos, políticas de retenção, cofres de recuperação, snapshots, restore points e testes de recuperação.Atuar na sustentação de bancos de dados em VMs e serviços PaaS, em conjunto com DBAs e equipes de aplicações quando aplicável.Analisar falhas de desempenho, indisponibilidade, conectividade, DNS, rotas, capacidade e integração entre Cloud, datacenters e unidades.Executar mudanças aprovadas decorrentes de recomendações de FinOps, capacidade, segurança, observabilidade ou arquitetura.Acompanhar alertas e eventos encaminhados pelo NOC, validar causa técnica, restaurar o serviço e apoiar análises de causa raiz.Apoiar processos de gestão de vulnerabilidades e aplicação de correções na camada de infraestrutura Cloud.Interagir com fornecedores gerenciados e demais parceiros para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas.Apoiar a definição e validação de SLAs, OLAs, critérios de escalonamento e procedimentos de atendimento 8x5 e 24x7.Participar da estimativa técnica de novas demandas, informando arquitetura, dependências, riscos, esforço, prazo e impacto operacional.
