Inscreva-se!#VoceNaRandoncorp #VemPraRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:Liderar as equipes dos processos produtivos, planejando e distribuindo tarefas, orientando e prestando esclarecimentos sobre o desenvolvimento das atividades, a fim de garantir o atingimento das metas (volumes, prazos, custos) e a conformidade dos processos em relação à sua respectiva especificação. Administrar questões de pessoal relacionadas a admissões, demissões, ponto eletrônico, atrasos, saídas antecipadas, faltas, ações disciplinares, férias, méritos, promoções, etc, de acordo com as políticas de RH, solucionando problemas de rotina, tendo espaço para tomada independente de decisões, encaminhando questões não rotineiras para alçadas superiores. Promover o desenvolvimento das equipes sob sua responsabilidade, observando gaps relacionados ao perfil de cargo, identificando ações de desenvolvimento tais como treinamentos sala de aula, treinamento on the job, job rotation e acompanhando a evolução através das avaliações de eficácia, com o objetivo de atingir as metas e desafios da área. Realizar a gestão de Desempenho dos funcionários, por meio do acompanhamento e monitoramento sistemático através de feedbacks constantes, realizando avaliações de término de experiência e de desempenho utilizando ferramenta específica a fim de comparar os resultados esperados com o trabalho realizado, apontando desvios para assegurar que a execução corresponda ao que foi planejado. Atuar de forma ágil, na disseminação de informações, transmitindo e coletando dados e fatos relevantes, alinhando expectativas, dirimindo dúvidas a fim de garantir o entendimento das mensagens de comunicação. Garantir o cumprimento das normas, requisitos, certificações (clientes ou instituições e órgãos) visando assegurar a qualidade no processo para atender as necessidades do negócio e gerar valor para o cliente. Liderar equipes mediante o uso das políticas, manual de orientações internas, guia de conduta ética, programas e ferramentas, visando a facilitar o fluxo de informações entre as equipes, melhoria do Clima Organizacional, alcance das metas de produtividade, qualidade no relacionamento interno e desenvolvimento de pessoas. Participar do planejamento da área de atuação, contribuindo com informações e acompanhando planejado e realizado, definindo direções de processos e priorizando demandas de curto prazo. Sugerir e/ou adotar melhorias contínuas nos processos e atividades, maximizando resultados, diminuindo custos, buscando recursos, e aprovações para a tomada de decisão.
