om jobbet

Vi søger to dygtige uddannede klejnsmede - 1 til daghold og 1 til aftenhold. Aftenholdet er en 4-dages arbejdsuge. Du vil modtage grundig sidemandsoplæring på dagholdet. Det er primært selvfabrikerede komponenter, du skal svejse og samle. Det handler udelukkende om TIG-svejs. Det er desuden en fælles opgave for alle på matriklen at deltage i opretholde en ren og opryddet maskinfabrik.

Som udgangspunkt vil opgaverne omfatte: • Forberedelse af komponenter og produkter • TIG-svejs af komponenter og til samling • Udførelse af tætningssamling • Betjening af svejserobot • Kontrol af udført arbejde • Andre procesorienterede opgaver som boring, slibning mv. er en fast del af arbejdet (Der er altid ekstern kontrol af det udførte arbejde)

om dig

• Du har en faglig baggrund som smed, klejnsmed eller lignende • Du tager ansvar og er ærekær omkring dit arbejde • Du har gode sprogkundskaber, engelsk i tale og skrift er et krav (systemer er på engelsk). • Du skal have erfaring med komponentsvejs i TIG • Du har en god tegningsforståelse

ansættelsesforhold

Grundløn efter kvalifikationer. Dertil kommer aftentillæg, fritvalgsopsparing, pension mv., jf. gældende overenskomst og lokalaftale.

Der er gode muligheder for overarbejde. Det er tale om en 4-dages uge på aftenholdet. I starten af din ansættelse vil du blive tilmeldt et kursus hos Rybners for at få verificeret dit svejsecertifikat.

Arbejdstid på dagholdet er mandag-torsdag fra 07:00-15:00 og fredag 07:00-14:30)

Arbejdstid på aftenholdet er mandag-torsdag fra 15:00-23:30 (34 timer, men aflønnes som 37 timer)

*English* We are currently looking for skilled welders for both evening and day shifts at an international oil and gas company in Esbjerg. You will work in a professional and modern environment at one of Europe's most advanced machine factories. You will have talented colleagues nearby at all times, offering excellent opportunities for collaboration and support.

about the job

we are looking for two skilled, certified welders. You will receive thorough training. The primary tasks will involve welding and assembling of self-manufactured components, using TIG welding. Furthermore, it is a shared responsibility across the team to maintain a clean and organized factory floor. There may be opportunities for travel activity worldwide.

Typical tasks include • Preparation of components and products • TIG welding of components and assemblies • Performing sealing assemblies • Operating welding robots • Inspecting completed work • Additional process-oriented tasks such as drilling, grinding, etc., are an integral part of the work (Note: External inspections of completed work are always carried out.)´

about you

• You have a vocational background as a welder, blacksmith, or a similar trade • You take responsibility and are proud of the quality of your work • You have good language skills, with English (both spoken and written) being a requirement, as the systems are in English • You have experience with component welding in TIG • You have a good understanding of technical drawings

employment conditions

Base salary will be based on your qualifications. In addition, evening shift allowances, flexible savings options, pension, etc., will apply according to the relevant collective agreement and local terms. There are good opportunities for overtime. The workweek is a 4-day schedule on the evening shifts.

Working hours on the dayshifts is monday-thursday from 07:00-15:00 and friday from 07:00-14:30.
