Arbetsbeskrivning Är du en noggrann kvalitetsstjärna som drivs av att hitta roten till problem och få människor med dig på tåget? Vi söker nu en konsult inom kvalitetskontroll och kvalitetssäkring till en av Helsingborgs största och mest moderna produktionsanläggningar inom konsumenthälsa.

Här kliver du in i en högteknologisk miljö där precision och patientsäkerhet är a och o. Din roll blir en skarp brygga mellan det praktiska kvalitetsarbetet och teamen på golvet: du granskar data, dyker djupt i reklamationer och ser till att kollegorna har rätt kunskap och verktyg för att göra rätt från början. Det här är ett dynamiskt konsultuppdrag för dig som trivs i en GMP-styrd vardag, gillar att samarbeta tvärfunktionellt och vill ha ett tydligt syfte i det du gör varje dag.

Ansvarsområden Kvalitetsgranskning: Granska och följa upp inspektionsaktiviteter inom kvalitetskontroll (QC) för att säkerställa att gällande krav efterlevs. Reklamationshantering: Utreda kundreklamationer samt inspektera och bedöma returnerade produkter. Data & rapportering: Samla in kvalitetsdata, genomföra trendanalyser och sammanställa statistiska rapporter som underlag för ledning och berörda team. Utbildning & vägledning: Utbilda, stötta och coacha medarbetare i rutiner, kvalitetsstandarder och QA-processer. Processförbättring: Delta aktivt i det löpande kvalitetsarbetet och identifiera potentiella förbättringsområden i arbetsflödet.

Kvalifikationer Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska (båda språken används dagligen). Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete (QC/QA), gärna från läkemedelsindustrin, MedTech eller annan strikt reglerad tillverkande industri (GMP-miljö). Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta eget ägandeskap, samtidigt som du är en god lagspelare. Utpräglad noggrannhet, analytisk förmåga och ett genuint intresse för detaljer och hög produktkvalitet.

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet av reklamationsutredningar och avvikelsehantering. Mycket god kommunikativ och pedagogisk förmåga med vana att coacha eller utbilda andra. Förmåga att balansera kortsiktiga leveranser med långsiktiga kvalitetsmål.
