Ben jij een geboren leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Zoek je een uitdagende job in de grondwerken bij een ambitieus familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit en veiligheid vooropstaan? Dan is dit jouw kans!Wat ga je doen?

Als ploegbaas ben je de spil op de werf. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 2 tot 4 grondwerkers en werkt nauw samen met de werfleider om elk project succesvol af te ronden.

  • Leidinggeven & Motiveren: Je stuurt je team aan, motiveert hen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat hem te doen staat.
  • Meewerken op de werf: Je bent niet alleen een leider, maar ook een doener. Je steekt de handen uit de mouwen bij rioleringswerken, wegeniswerken en diverse grondwerken.
  • Kwaliteit & Planning: Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat de werken volgens de vooropgestelde deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Veiligheid: De veiligheid van jouw team en jezelf is jouw hoogste prioriteit.
  • Overleg: Je communiceert vlot met de werfleider over prioriteiten en werkmethoden.

Randstad Construct: VG 819/BC

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de grondwerken.
  • Veiligheidsbewust: Je werkt nauwkeurig en veiligheidsregels zijn voor jou heilig.
  • Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Talen: Je spreekt goed Nederlands om te communiceren met je collega's. Spreek je ook een mondje Frans? Dat is een mooie plus!
  • Motivatie: Je zoekt een job met afwisseling en hecht waarde aan een goede werksfeer.
