De klant is op zoek naar een Senior IAM / IGA Operations Engineer ter versterking van het Identity & Access (IAM) Management team.

Functie

Het IAM-team is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de beschikbaarheid en de evolutie van de centrale identity platformen binnen de organisatie. Deze platformen vormen een essentieel onderdeel van de security-infrastructuur en ondersteunen authenticatie, autorisatie en identity lifecycle processen.

De omgeving omvat onder meer volgende technologieën:

- Keycloak (IAM - authenticatie en authorisatie)

- MidPoint (IGA - identity lifecycle management)

De opdracht situeert zich in een kritische productieomgeving, met hoge vereisten op vlak van stabiliteit, performantie en security. De consultant zal een sleutelrol opnemen in het operationeel beheer, troubleshooting en lifecycle management van deze platformen, in nauwe samenwerking met infrastructuur- en ontwikkelteams.

De consultant zal instaan voor het operationeel beheer en de continue verbetering van IAM- en IGA-platformen, met focus op stabiliteit, security en performantie. De taken bestaan onder andere uit:

1. Operationeel beheer

- Uitvoeren van dagelijkse operationele taken op IAM- en IGA-platformen

- Monitoren van de IAM-stack en opvolgen van alerts

- Analyseren en interpreteren van logs (Keycloak, MidPoint, infrastructuur)

- Beheren van TLS-certificaten en IdP-certificaten (SAML / OIDC)

- Werken met en ondersteunen van databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB)

- Actief bijdragen aan de stabiliteit en performantie van de platformen

2. Incident management & troubleshooting

- Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en technische problemen

- Uitvoeren van diepgaande root cause analyses

- Troubleshooten van authenticatie-, autorisatie- en provisioningproblemen

- Herstarten en herstellen van platformen (Keycloak / MidPoint) bij incidenten

- Identificeren van de juiste oorzaak (IAM vs andere systemen) en correct escaleren

- Voorstellen en implementeren van structurele oplossingen

3. Lifecycle management

- Beheer van de volledige lifecycle van de platformen

- Uitvoeren van minor upgrades

- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van major upgrades en migraties:

- Valideren van installaties en configuraties over verschillende omgevingen

4. Configuratie & security

- Configureren en onderhouden van Keycloak en MidPoint

- Implementeren van authentication flows, roles, policies en provisioningregels

- Detecteren en corrigeren van securityrisico's in configuraties

- Definiëren en toepassen van best practices

5 Integratie & provisioning

- Beheer en optimalisatie van joiner / mover / leaver processen

- Beheer van rollen en toegangsmodellen

- Onboarden van nieuwe applicaties op IAM-platformen

- Integratie van applicaties via OIDC / OAuth2 en SAML
