Je gaat aan de slag als consultant bij onze klant, waar je de kans krijgt om jouw klantgerichte aanpak in te zetten, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en elke dag het verschil te maken.

Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

  • Telefonische klantenservice: Je beantwoordt inkomende oproepen van klanten met vragen over hun dagelijkse bankzaken en zorgt voor een professionele en klantvriendelijke dienstverlening.
  • Luisteren en analyseren: Je luistert actief, stelt gerichte vragen en brengt de behoefte van de klant snel en nauwkeurig in kaart.
  • Werken volgens duidelijke procedures: Je raadpleegt de beschikbare informatie en systemen om klanten correct verder te helpen, steeds met aandacht voor de geldende procedures.
  • Nauwkeurige dossierverwerking: Je registreert elk telefonisch contact zorgvuldig in de interne systemen, zodat alle informatie correct en volledig wordt opgevolgd.
  • Communicatief en klantgericht: Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en weet op een heldere, professionele en vriendelijke manier te communiceren.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Je hebt interesse in digitale toepassingen, zoals online bankieren, mobiele apps en digitale betaalsystemen. Nieuwe software leer je vlot gebruiken.
  • Luistervaardig: Je stelt de juiste vragen, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig: Je werkt graag volgens duidelijke procedures en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd: Je staat open voor nieuwe kennis en grijpt kansen aan om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Betrokken op lange termijn: Je zoekt een stabiele werkomgeving waarin je je vaardigheden kunt uitbouwen.
