about the job. Join an enterprise systems team to oversee daily integration streams, maintain interface reliability, and coordinate data exchange across organizational platforms.

  • Oversee day-to-day incoming and outgoing data integrations across multiple concurrent system tracks.
  • Manage operational batch processing schedules, investigate transmission errors, and execute timely problem resolution.
  • Perform data profiling and discrepancy investigations to support ongoing interface enhancements and user validation exercises.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, data owners, and technical specialists to advise on operational improvements.
  • Maintain operational documentation, including interface standard operating procedures, data catalogues, and status reports.

skills and experience required.

  • Practical experience managing enterprise interface operations, system integration tracks, and data transfers.
  • Demonstrated ability in batch monitoring, error diagnosis, and running data query investigations.
  • Strong coordination skills to liaise with external technical partners, data custodians, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Proven track record supporting user acceptance testing and interface change request implementations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to prepare operational documentation, workflows, and meeting minutes.
