  • Manage complex C-suite schedules, coordinate meeting agendas, and oversee recurring governance commitments
  • Direct travel itineraries, regional hostings, and corporate hotel procurement to maximize cost efficiencies
  • Administer budget allocations, expense reports, and invoice processing
  • Coordinate cross-border visitor logistics and executive engagements in close collaboration with regional offices
  • Facilitate administrative work streams while adhering strictly to organizational policies and regulatory standards

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience assisting senior leadership in financial or professional services
  • Strong proficiency with expense and invoice management software alongside advanced presentation and spreadsheet skills
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities with a proven track record of managing competing priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Sound judgement with a high degree of discretion when handling confidential organization information
