about the job. Take on an active systems support role ensuring the smooth operational flow and configuration of automated shop-floor workflows.

  • Configure, test, and maintain rule-based automation workflows and trigger conditions using low-code visual configuration interfaces.
  • Implement routine configuration changes and maintain system data formatting via structured markup updates.
  • Monitor operational system performance logs to identify, escalate, and resolve process sequence interruptions.
  • Execute structured database queries to validate transaction histories, retrieve diagnostic records, and maintain data consistency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to conduct functional verification and support operational readiness during routine system updates.

skills and experience required.

  • Academic qualification or background in Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong foundational grasp of core conditional logic, process mapping, and sequential state transitions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with structured database queries using basic SQL syntax alongside XML and JSON data formatting.
  • Working knowledge of visual workflow editors, low-code automation tools, or industrial simulation environments, with foundational Python or Shell scripting viewed favorably.
  • Analytical mindset with strong systematic problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical event logs.
