about the company. An expanding market player within the FMCG sector is currently looking for a APAC Finance Business Partner to support regional planning and analysis. This is a newly created position due to ongoing business growth.

about the job. In this role, you will handle the comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes for the regional markets. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating budgeting cycles, long-term business planning, and compiling performance forecasts from various country divisions. You will conduct thorough variance analysis to compare current performance against previous periods and projections while identifying potential commercial risks and financial opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare regular management reports, develop key performance indicator tracking systems, and synthesize commercial data to assist senior leadership with margin improvement initiatives and strategic business decisions. The position also involves refining internal analytical workflows and participating in broader organizational performance projects. The ideal candidate is one with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, independent prioritization skills, and business proficiency for regional market coverage to ensure effective collaboration with diverse commercial teams.

skills and experience required. To qualify for this opportunity, you must possess a bachelor's degree alongside with at least 4 years of dedicated experience in corporate financial planning and analysis. You should demonstrate a solid track record of handling regional profit and loss analysis, comprehensive budget coordination, and complex forecasting cycles. A high level of technical capability with advanced spreadsheet software and enterprise data visualization tools is necessary for this position.
