About the company Our Client is a fast growing stable company. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new Software QA Director to join their team.

About the job Your role involves:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Software QA testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process.
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
  • Spearhead enterprise wide quality governance, taking ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and defining quality gates throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Direct all application testing efforts, encompassing test coverage, automation, and defect management while embedding robust controls directly into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Champion process enhancements by driving root cause analysis (RCA) and upstream defect prevention strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a large quality and automation engineering organization, overseeing tooling, budget management, and vendor relations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with product, design, and engineering teams to evaluate quality risks and present actionable metrics to senior leadership.

Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in Software QA. Proven track record in managing a team of at least 30 pax is required for this role.

Candidates with Automation testing experience such as Selenium will be highly preferred.
