  • Build and refine core trading workflows for multi-asset products, including equities, options, and margin financing.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operational teams to enhance trading features and optimize candidate platforms.
  • Act as the primary regulatory contact point for financial authorities, ensuring compliance with local brokerage standards and client protection policies.
  • Establish robust order handling, escalation, and client support frameworks to elevate service quality.
  • Deliver technical insights to regional relationship managers and support market engagement initiatives.

skills and experience required.

  • Proven track record and solid knowledge of global equity markets and multi-asset instruments.
  • Strong familiarity with regulatory guidelines governing brokerage operations, trading controls, and process compliance.
  • Hands on experience with digital trading platforms, product rollouts, or operational workflow optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to partner effectively across compliance, tech, and business units.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional partners and stakeholders.
