  • Lead collaborative discovery sessions with operational leads to map workflows, edge cases, governance rules, and user permissions.
  • Draft precise functional requirements and validation criteria while tracking end-to-end coverage across all project phases.
  • Evaluate existing procedures against industry standards to eliminate outdated practices and streamline current workflows.
  • Strategize concurrent system operations, establishing data ownership protocols and transition workflows during system migration.
  • Model future-state operational frameworks and data interaction models.
  • Partner with UI/UX designers to ground user experience journeys in practical operational policy.
  • Facilitate data transition efforts by defining mapping logic, data cleansing standards, and validation benchmarks.
  • Formulate test cases, assist with user acceptance testing, and prepare organizational change management assets.
  • Outline functional specifications for interfaces connecting core platforms with external systems.
  • Oversee scope baselines, handle formal sign-offs, navigate change management procedures, and guide stage-gate reviews.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven background in business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and functional design.
  • Strong capability in conducting gap analyses and defining integration architectures between primary and peripheral systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration strategies, mapping protocols, and data integrity verification.
  • Experience in user journey design, UAT coordination, and organizational change readiness.
  • Proficiency in structured change management, requirements tracing, and formal approval processes.
