about the role

Sitting directly alongside the front-office trading desk, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will take full ownership of designing, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical trading platforms and core systems from requirement gathering to production support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with traders to capture requirements, optimize trade workflows, and deliver technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain trading applications and automated scripting workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end platform stability through test automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and issue investigation.
  • Take holistic ownership of the full system delivery lifecycle across global engineering and business teams.

skills and experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Strong hands-on coding foundation in at least one major language (e.g., Python, C++)
  • Proven ability to pick up proprietary platforms, frameworks, and domain-specific tools quickly.
  • Solid communication skills with the confidence to interface directly with trading stakeholders.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset across delivery, release automation, and production reliability.
  • Prior exposure to financial trading systems or DevOps workflows is advantageous, though not mandatory.
