Deze speciaalzaak in Gent is al jaren een vaste waarde voor gezinnen, creatievelingen en levensgenieters. Van babyuitzet en speelgoed tot feestartikelen en creatieve hobbybenodigdheden: Zij inspireren hun klanten bij de mooiste momenten in hun leven. Om het hechte winkelteam te versterken, zoeken we een gedreven en nauwkeurige kassamedewerker (38 u/week). Ben jij het vriendelijke gezicht dat elke klant met een glimlach verwelkomt en vlot helpt? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou!

Aan de kassa ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de bezoekers en zorg je voor een vlotte flow:

  • Kassabeheer: Je rekent aankopen snel en correct af en bezorgt elke klant een aangename laatste indruk.
  • Goederenontvangst & beveiliging: Je registreert, controleert en beveiligt binnenkomende artikelen aan het onthaal/de kassa.
  • Klantenservice: Je beantwoordt binnenkomende telefoons en e-mails op een vriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Webshopadministratie: Je volgt online bestellingen administratief op en zorgt dat ze klaarliggen voor afhaling of verzending.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Klantgericht & verzorgd: Je bent het visitekaartje van de winkel; je straalt positiviteit uit en blijft altijd behulpzaam.
  • Nauwkeurig & ordelijk: Je werkt secuur met cijfers, administratieve opvolging en voorraadbeheer.
  • Teamspeler: Je functioneert uitstekend in teamverband en springt vlot bij waar nodig.
  • Vaardigheden & profiel:
  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2/aso/tso) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot en verzorgd Nederlands.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot werken met kassasystemen en pc-tools.
  • Enkele jaren relevante kassa- of verkoopervaring is een mooie troef.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent voltijds beschikbaar en elke zaterdag werken (in een vast werkschema) vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem.
