Deine Rolle & dein Einfluss: -Du empfängst Kundinnen, Kunden und internationale Gäste, berätst auf Augenhöhe und vermittelst den Wert von High-End-Kaffeevollautomaten mit echter Begeisterung. -Du zelebrierst die Kunst der Kaffeezubereitung in der Lounge, präsentierst live vor Ort und führst Besucher durch spannende Erlebnismodule. -Du erklärst Features verständlich, nimmst Geräte fachgerecht in Betrieb und machst Technologie greifbar. -Du begleitest Besucherführungen, unterstützt bei Events und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Besuch im Gedächtnis bleibt.

Deine Aufgaben: -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel, in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder einer vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsbranche. -Verkaufserfahrung mit Freude an beratungsintensiven Premium-Produkten sowie ein souveränes, gepflegtes und sympathisches Auftreten. -Neugier auf technische Details und das Talent, dieses Wissen praxisnah zu vermitteln. -Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch und Französisch. -Samstagsarbeit ist für dich fester Bestandteil der Arbeitswoche (mit geregeltem Freizeitausgleich unter der Woche).
