■仕事概要 ・コミュニケーション戦略の策定と運用 ・関連するすべてのメディア参加者（女性誌、専門誌、 テレビ、ラジオ、インターネットなど）を活用し、ニューメディアやSNSなどを含めた360度コミュニケーションを実現します。 ・ブランド認知度の向上 ・メディア関係と外部ネットワークを開発する（出版社、作家、有名人など） ・さまざまなメディアを通じてブランドメッセージを消費者に届ける ・有名人、社交界の著名人、ブロガーなどの外部ターゲットを代表し、ブランドのスポークスパーソンとなる ・主要なブランドイベントや製品発表会を企画する ・ブランドの評判を維持および保護し、危機を予測および管理する ・PR予算を管理する ・チームを管理し、チームメンバーがあればPR分野の真の専門家になれるよう育成する

■活かされるご経験 / 求められるご経験 ・PR関連の仕事または広告代理店などの関連会社での5年以上のご経験 (化粧品、ファッション、ジュエリー、消費財業界でのご経験) ・日本語と英語の両方でのプレゼンテーションスキル ・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル ・メディア、最新のメディアトレンド、ソーシャルネットワークに関する基礎的かつ役立つ知識

■休日 完全週休2日制（休日：土日祝日） 年間有給休暇：10日～20日（入社半年経過後の付与日数となります） 年間休日日数：約125日
