■仕事概要 ・サプライプランニングの管理 グローバルな需要を統合・分析し、予測に基づいたサプライプランニングと在庫管理、および営業連携による課題解決を通じて、包括的なグローバルサプライプランを策定します。

・供給実行の管理 補充プロセスの管理・監視と、根本原因分析に基づく是正措置計画の策定により不足を削減し、日本国外サプライヤーとの優先順位設定を行います。

・在庫の監視 目標に従って在庫レベルを管理し、陳腐化品および滞留品を分析しながらアクションプランを策定/実行します。

■活かされるご経験 / 求められるご経験 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語 ・サプライチェーン計画のバックグラウンド(特に供給または生産計画、目安：3－5年程度)

■有れば歓迎されるご経験 ・SAPの使用経験

■休日 完全週休2日制（休日：土日祝日） 年間有給休暇：10日～20日（入社半年経過後の付与日数となります） 年間休日日数：約125日
