IT Analyst (Contract Role)

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, you will perform the following responsibilities-

Overall Responsibility

  1. IT Support contact point
  2. Overall responsible to support local IT applications
  3. Overall responsible for Level 1 support on regional application used locally
  4. Deliver required technical support services & problem management
  5. Maintain delivery of high quality services with high degree of professionalism, timeliness
  6. accuracy and compliance
  7. Deliver other required IT administrative support services

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Develop, Support and maintain local IT Application (not limited as below)
  2. Powerplay cube for key account, distributor, marketing A&P and SC
  3. Promotion Worksheet
  4. Regional level 2 support (not limited as below)
  5. User Access Management (SAP etc)
  6. SAP administration (security)
  7. Security Portal and IAPP administration
  8. EDI integration support
  9. Managing local service provider
  10. Local VAN (B2B) on integration
  11. Coordinate and ensuring issue is resolve within SLA
  12. Collaboration and Manage expectation from business on IT related demands
  13. Participate on IT projects and enhancements
  14. Continuously challenging and initiating improvements on business IT processes
  15. Provide IT training to business users if necessary
  16. Any others related assignment and projects

Requirements

  1. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with 0-2 years as IT data analyst
  2. Proficient with Advanced Excel
  3. Knowledge in reporting technologies such as will be an added advantage
