Abteilungsleiter:in Feingebäck (m/w/d) 100%

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst die Abteilung Feingebäck fachlich und personell und trägst die Verantwortung für ein Team von bis zu 15 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst die täglichen Produktionsabläufe und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Herstellung unserer Feingebäck- und saisonalen Spezialitäten mit und unterstützt dein Team operativ.
  • Du verantwortest die optimale Einsatzplanung von Personal, Maschinen und Materialien.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Produktionsleitung Prozesse, Produkte und insbesondere dein Team kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du förderst eine wertschätzende, motivierende und leistungsorientierte Teamkultur.

Arbeitszeiten

Der Betrieb lebt sieben Tage die Woche ? und als Führungskraft bist du mittendrin. Produziert wird im Schichtbetrieb ab 4.00 Uhr bis in die späten Nachmittagsstunden. Wochenenddienste gehören regelmässig dazu, dafür bestimmst du innerhalb der betrieblichen Anforderungen deine Einsatzplanung mit viel Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität selbst.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker-Konditor:in EFZ oder Konditor-Confiseur:in EFZ, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung.
  • Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bist eine belastbare, selbstständige und flexible Persönlichkeit und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du schaffst ein positives Arbeitsumfeld und pflegst einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit deinen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Produktionsprozesse mit.
