Als administratief bediende ondersteun je onze vestiging door operationele gegevens correct en tijdig te verwerken. Je start in een collegiaal team waar een ontspannen werksfeer en humor samengaan met professionaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als administratief bediende zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging van alle operationele logistieke processen:

  • Verwerken, controleren en tijdig corrigeren van klantgegevens, gewichten en weegbrugbonnen in de bedrijfssystemen.
  • Registreren van dagelijkse rittenoverzichten en boordcomputergegevens om alle informatie actueel te houden.
  • Archiveren van transportdocumenten en voorbereiden van operationele dossiers voor de maandelijkse administratieve afsluiting.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van systeemmeldingen om de continuïteit van de dagelijkse informatiestroom te waarborgen.
  • Beheren van algemene administratieve taken binnen het team en meebouwen aan een efficiënte dataverwerking.

  • Beschikken over een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een administratieve functie.
  • Vlot nieuwe softwaretoepassingen en digitale administratiesystemen aanleren en toepassen.

  • Duidelijk en constructief communiceren met collega's en operationele teams.
