  • Opleiding & achtergrond: Je hebt een administratieve opleiding afgerond of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring in administratie, facturatie of orderbeheer.
  • Cijfermatig & nauwkeurig: Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers, werkt uiterst punctueel en weet deadlines vlot te bewaken.
  • Software: Je kan vlot overweg met de courante MS Office-pakketten (ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen is een plus).
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en behulpzaam, maar werkt tegelijk graag zelfstandig en gestructureerd.

Als Administratief Medewerker vorm jij de onmisbare schakel binnen de centrale service-organisatie van een bekend retailnetwerk. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor winkels, leveranciers en interne collega's. Met jouw oog voor detail en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen, facturen en operationele vragen vlot en tijdig worden verwerkt.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Orderverwerking & opvolging: Je controleert inkomende orders in de systemen van leveranciers, koppelt verwerkte bestellingen terug naar de winkels en volgt de planning van leveringen nauwgezet op.
  • Klachtenbehandeling: Je registreert eventuele opmerkingen of klachten in het leverancierssysteem en bewaakt een correcte opvolging.
  • Financiële administratie & facturatie: Je staat in voor het inboeken en controleren van facturen en zorgt voor de juiste koppeling tussen facturen en aankooporders. Bij afwijkingen stem je rechtstreeks af met winkels of leveranciers.
  • Allround backoffice support: Je behandelt speciale bestellingen (zoals stoffen), ondersteunt administratief bij lopende promotiecampagnes en vangt samen met collega's de centrale mailbox en telefonie op.
  • Back-up magazijnadministratie: Bij afwezigheid van collega's spring je bij met magazijn- en voorraadadministratie (stocklijsten publiceren, orders doorsturen naar het centrale magazijn en retours opvolgen).
